Shingle Springs Subaru in CA. I dealt with Chuck. He is a typical sales guy. Told me how much he would give me for my trade in, then revoked his offer after talking to his "Manager". I got up to walk out and he met me half way on the new, lower price. Service dept sucks. I asked about an alignment and they sent me to Big-O. then when I said they should cover the cost as I was told it was a bad alignment, they said they would have covered it under warranty, but since they did not see the car they could not. I have heard the same story from others, they do not live up to their promises. I will not be purchasing from them again. I will go down the hill and find a dealer who wants my business and will keep a customer happy.
