Ronaldo, our sales representative, was quick to return my phone call and email to set up an appointment. He was friendly and courteous when my wife and I got there (offered us water). He initiated and searched the availability for the model we wanted quickly since it was going fast. He took us to the car and asked us if we wanted to test drive it (we did). Ronaldo was not pushy to sell us the vehicle but allowed us to have the space to decide. Once the decision was made, he initiated the paper work which for most part pretty painless. We even got some time in between signings to have a personal conversation. We had a good experience with Ronaldo. Marcos was the finance manager that wrapped up the sales. He was also friendly. He took us to his office to complete the finance of the vehicle. He was clear in explaining the details and initiated all the eSigning pain-free. He was able sell us an extended warranty and road hazard package not by pressuring but explaining the benefits of them both. Overall, both my wife and I had a wonderful experience at Capital Chevrolet. The dealership was clean, spacious, and organize which was helpful with the amount of time spent there.
