Excellent overall experience w internet sales team...very professional and transparent..held for me car of my interest with all finances clearly laid out and approval done before my arrival and no surprises after arriving during paperwork completion..enjoyed working with Kyle Fazelian..very clear and attentive to all of my myriad of questioning..after sale, he spent 3 hrs with me in servicing the new technology behind the A6 safety features..never felt rushed to leave
