Had a good experience working with both Kyle and Cain internet sales. They worked with us for well over a few years to make sure we got the car we wanted. They were patient and well informed and made car buying much easier. We are pleased with our purchase! Kyle and Cain work together and there was always one of them to help us. I recommend them highly.

Another exceptional Niello experience

From my husband: Let me start by saying that I really deeply dislike the traditional car-buying experience. In the past, I’ve worked with a broker so I didn’t have to go to a dealership. Unfortunately the last vehicle I wanted to buy was rare enough that the transaction had to happen through a dealership. My wife has bought her last four vehicles through the Niello dealerships and has told me how amazing the experience was for years. I am now a convert to the Niello experience because of Raz at Niello Audi. Raz is a true Audi lover, which makes him the ideal person to sell them. He was able to demonstrate what the RS5 can do from a place of true understanding, rather than just being a salesman giving me a pitch. He is clearly an Audi fan, which makes him the ideal person to shepherd new buyers through the process. The financing process was smooth and easy with Nicole and everyone stayed late to let us finish up, get the car detailed, and show me the ins and outs of the car. I especially appreciate Niello’s “second delivery” process, which takes into the account that trying to learn everything about the car the day you buy it is unreasonable. You come back a few weeks later and they give you a more in depth introduction to all of the systems; it also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions that have come up during your first few weeks of driving the car. Thank you Raz and thank you Niello for redefining the car buying experience.

From the moment I walked into Niello Audi of Sacramento I was treated courtiously and professionally feeling no pressure to commit to a purchase. My Salesperson (Pierre) patiently took time to answer my questions (of which there were many). When I finally did commit, Pierre continuously kept in touch with me with arrival date of my vehicle. Best Experience Buying a Car!

I just had the most enjoyable experience buying a car and it's all because of Stan Barney. He worked hard to get us the best deal he could, and it was seamless, easy AND fun! Niello Audi was absolutely fantastic to work with. Kyle Fazelian got back to me right away about my online inquiry and throughout the sales process was attentive, knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful in getting the deal done. We were able to handle all the details over the phone and when we arrived at the dealership all of the paperwork was waiting for us. A wonderful homage to the cars they sell, the dealership itself was clean, modern and welcoming. The paperwork took us only 30 minutes or so to complete; it was by far the fastest car buying experience that we have ever had. We were so pleased with the transaction we were back the next week to get a second A3. Due to Kyle Fazelian's effort and the wonderful product Audi offers Niello has a new customer for life. I highly recommend that anyone who has had a bad experience buying a car and given up, go see Kyle. He will make you a believer.

The service department does nothing to help loyal customers. I have owned 10 Audi's and lived in Seattle where Larson Audi knew how to take care of customers. Moving here last November I bought a new 2014 A4 2.0 in December, then an S4 in May both from Niello. As a person that enjoys tracking I bought the S4 because it is advertised as a track car by Audi at their Sports Car Experience at Infineon Raceway. After a warm up session, then 15 minutes on the track I had fade and then failure from my brakes. At the dealership the rotors were shown to be shot. I have owned so many cars and enjoyed tracking with them but NEVER has this happened. The dealership will not cover the brakes that failed way too prematurely and want's twice as much as Les Schwab for the repairs. Audi North America's tech representative said no to coverage according to the dealership. Too bad Audi doesn't mention brakes are not covered at their driving school in Sonoma where "you're encouraged to push yourself and your vehicle on the track". How else does Niello Audi treat customers?, well I traded in an R8 last November and they low balled me on the trade in because it needed repairs. They said I would get more money if I took care of the "issues". After $6k in repairs at THEIR service department they reneged and did not offer me one penny more for the trade in. That was a warning as to what to expect from Niello and now I am warning you. All my cars in the future will come from other dealerships and not from Niello or Audi.

Dishonest. Caveat emptor!

I know....a dishonest dealership!? you're shocked. Niello Audi did not disclose service records showing the car which I purchased had tire burns and brake pads, calipers, rotors replaced at 1500 miles! They sent the service record to me 2 weeks after purchase of the car. Service records stated car had appearance of being run on a track. Service department offered new tires but was refused by the sales department. When I asked about previous service the sales person told me it was normal maintainance due to the car being a year old. Evidently Audi's now need completed brake systems replaced after one year!!

I was in for the license plates and a preliminary check of fluids. My first visit to the service department after purchasing the car went very well. I was early as I live about an hour away and it was rush hour. They got the car in quickly and got it finished in the quoted time. And they washed it, too! The waiting area is modern, clean, almost elegant for the given space. My service representative was super kind and out-going, more like a hostess than a coordinator. The whole visit was efficient and pleasing. If it weren't so far away I'd go there just to hang out!

My personal experience at this dealership was excellent. The staff were very professional. They were thoroughly familiar with every model as well as the differences in the year to year changes. I have never seen this at any other dearship over the years. They never "talked down" to me nor did anyone attempt to talk me into something in which I wasn't interested. It was really refreshing to just talk with people about what I wanted and have a good time. I enjoyed the fact that they acknowledged their competition yet so intelligently differentiated their product. The whole process was extraordinarily easy. I am stunned at how simple it can be to attain such a high quality car. The responsiveness and close contact the sales staff kept while waiting for the car to be built was very reassuring. I really apprieciated that no one there created some artificial state between them and myself like alot of dealership salesmen do. It was almost like they weren't trying to sell me at all but just dealt with me like a peer. I felt like they simply have no need to take advantage of anyone so a customer could be forthright about their desires in a car. No games. They seem to want people to respect them enough that they would at least recommend them even if they didn't puchase there. That's thinking in the long term and not on the quick sale. The facility, reception, model specialists, finance specialist, the efficient process were all impressively polished. It all went so smoothly. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Niello Audi in Sacramento if you want to dispense with pressure or discomfort. I simply have never had such an enjoyable experience buying a car. Of course it helps that the actual car continues to blow my mind on a daily basis! I purchased a 2012 S4.

These guys are the best. The Niello company really treats its customers with respect. We recently leased our 3rd Audi through Niello Audi, and they helped us out every step of the way. No pressure; no nastiness, no hassle, and lots of patience. When they didn't have the specific vehicle we were looking for, they located one out of state and shipped it to their dealership in less than a week, handling our prior lease turn-in without any hassle. They did all of this while giving us a VERY competitive price. I have nothing but compliments for the Niello company--a class act all the way!
