I have purchased 2 cars from Walters Mercedes Riverside previously and Jr Rodriquez had always been my Service Advisor always giving me excellent advice and guidance. I drove in to have air regulated in my tires and found out I had a nail in both drivers side tires. The next morning I was there for 4 new tires. The excellent customer service was still stellar and Jr Rodriguez consistency in his service role was outstanding!
