Raul Ayala was so great to work with! He was very responsive and attentive to my needs and constant questions. Once we came to an agreement, he made the final process very easy, efficient and very fast. I'm very happy with my new car, and I will use Raul again when it's time for a new one. I'd highly recommend Raul to anyone looking for a new or certified Mercedes.
