Fritts Ford

Flat tire from nail. I was told that it would cost $10 to repair and it would take 1 hour, so I wait there. 2 hours later I am approached with a sheet of price quotes to replace the tire because of a bubble (that's all that they said). One tire for $180 but because I don't want one new tire and 3 old ones I replaced 2 at $365. I approve the work and continue to wait. 1 hour goes by and the car hasn't been touched (I can see my car the whole time). Finally they start the work and change the tires. 4 hours total of waiting there. They bring out my car and there is white stuff on the rims and tires.. they didn't bother cleaning it up. I'm not sure if they are only suppose to wash your car if you are getting an oil change service but spending close to $400 you'd think they'd hose off the dirt or at least the white gunk they left behind on the tires and rims. All in all I really dislike taking my car in.
