Timely and pleasant experience

I had my F-150 serviced and new brakes were put on the front. I waited for the car to be worked on and "Ritchie", my service advisor, kept me fully informed of the progress of the work order. I appreciated his timely updates and his positive attitude. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
