I have been getting my vehicles serviced at Mercedes Benz of Pleasanton for many years. My service adviser Lance Nunes provides an outstanding job of servicing my vehicular needs. He is attentive to my concerns and solves my problems efficiently coupled with effective communication, status updates, courteous handling and pleasant demeanor.
