Ford contacted us few days ago to handle our Ford Transit Connect’s long overdue recalls that we try to get done sooner. They took our information and we made appointment. Then took in our vehicle in earliest morning as possible and handled the recall issues like a professional. Took couple of hours but their customers lounge room was excellent and superior with some nice snacks and drinks. Plus TV to watch with great WiFi connection too. Great experiences overall with Ford again!
