Service department is a disaster. Took a full 8 days to find out I had a battery problem on my 2021 f150. Vehicle was there for 5 days before it was even touched? Really? No one answered phone when I tried to make appointment for service and then didn't return voice mails when left. Do not use this dealership for service!!!!
