I went here for a service appointment which I thought my warranty would cover. It took them a week to diagnose the issue after only saying that it would take one-two days. Then, when I finally hear back about what was wrong, he forgot that I had a warranty. This took an additional two days of figuring out if the warranty would cover it. Then, it took me 3 more weeks until I got my car back. In total, I was without a car for 5 weeks and they did nothing to help with that. No loaner vehicle/courtesy vehicle, no discount beyond the discount I was already getting for the diagnosis to take a week, and very minimal communication with my service advisor. Sometimes would take him days to respond or multiple messages. Every time I called, I would be sent to his voicemail box that was full. I also called to speak with a supervisor and left a message for them on two consecutive days and never heard back. Overall, a terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone looking for timely, affordable service.
