Envision Ford of Oxnard

I was told my oil change would take 2 hours. I told the guy I would wait In the lobby for my car. 4 hours later when I texted the number about my appointment he calls. Said he “tried” calling me 3 times when my car was ready but once I texted the service number the call “ went through”. He billed me out and I figured nothing was wrong with my car. Apparently, one of my lug nuts was swollen and they didn't rotate the tires, I found out once I got home when I read the paperwork. What a joke of a place. Finally, I waited another 10 minutes, and three people asked me about my car to get them to pull it up. This business is a joke I heard other people in the lobby complaining about their service. The only reason I came here is because the Ventura store closed down. I will have to rethink about coming here again.
