Highly recommend our salesman Luis Carmona! We stopped in to check out a new Mach-e that we had seen in their online inventory, and within 4 hours we had done a test drive & completed our purchase - - much quicker than we had anticipated. Luis & all the other personnel ( manager, finance, etc.) were very friendly, attentive, and easy to work with. We also never felt pressured, which we appreciated. A couple of things which we would suggest for this dealership: #1 - They need more EV chargers so that the vehicle they knew we were coming to check out would have been fully charged for our ride home #2 - The Music throughout the dealership for the entire 4 hours was horrible- - awful, loud, techno beat. Strange choice & even an employee we spoke with said he can’t stand it and they play it every day.
