Purchased 535i from dealer. Everything went as expected. Sales manager was easy to work with. Sales rep. was very pleasant but had very little negotiating power. Wished they had a conceige service where they came out to your house to program your garage remote control like other luxury brands. Overall experience was ok, never got the feeling that they went out of their way to make you feel special.
