Was told truck would be washed when work was fine truck was not washed when I asked was given attitude did a terrible job washing said they don’t have a vacuum to vacuum the inside- stood for literally 15 mins to pay- older gentleman didn’t seem to know what he was doing- asked for service Mgr was just told “ he isn’t here” that’s it- maybe was because my truck plates were from Minn however we have a home also in Irvine was looking for a a Cali dealer- they should see what my dealer in Minn is like North Country Ford is a true model for Customer Service!
