My service advisor, Nolan Letman, did an outstanding job of taking care of my problem with our Lincoln and worked with the GSM to ensure that I as a customer was truly satisfied! In light of how busy the dealership is, he was able to expedite the completion of the repair. I highly recommend contacting Nolan for any Lincoln service needs!
