My experience at Tuttle Click was very positive and impressed by the clean well designed sales floor and the efficiency of the overall transaction. Specifically, the seamless transition from car selection/test drive thru negotiation and closing /signing paperwork. I left Tuttle Click feeling like I received a great loan for good value, good looking car with the features my wife wanted and a great warrant and maintenance package. Happy wife..Happy Life. Comparatively, prior to arriving at Tuttle Click I tried to purchase a vehicle from Fladaboe Honda, similarly priced vehicle. I decided to leave Honda without making a purchase due to their disorganized and awkward approach to the process. There seemed to be a lack of sales leadership and cohesiveness. Alternatively, the process at Tuttle Click was lockstep. Kevin was a great sales representative and even helped me with my 2 children while I signed the finance documents. I really appreciated that! He has earned the first bite at any future business.
