Dealership Service Review
I am a repeat customer at Simpson Chevrolet. I scheduled a service appointment for my GMC Terrain to have a new starter and battery installed. My service advisor sat down with me at the appointed time to discuss my service request and answer my questions. He made some additional service recommendations, which I felt were both timely and appropriate. After signing the work order, he said my vehicle would be ready by noon. I sat in the comfortable customer lobby and used my laptop computer at one of their workstations. At 10:30 AM my service advisor came inside to inform me that my vehicle service was complete. I was quite impressed (as I have been with my previous service visits) that my vehicle was ready earlier than expected. My vehicle was washed and waiting for me just outside the customer lobby. I feel fortunate to have found a dealership that has a high level of integrity and technical expertise, allowing me to feel confident that my vehicle service will be performed correctly and competently. I have no doubt that I will return again to Simpson Chevrolet for my next service appointment.
