Sales persons were all courteous and friendly. Started a purchase inquiry online and came in with an appointment to meet with a salesperson. During the process it was refreshing to have the add-on options provided and explained, yet not be pressured to buy extras. Purchase process was straightforward and clear. Absolutely recommend Simpson Chevrolet of Irvine.
