Dealership Service Review
The experience at Porsche Irvine is continuing to be the absolute worst imaginable. Calls don't get returned, takes a week to fix a Brand new car only to have the same problems the very next day after picking the car up. No loaner was available the entire week of the unsuccessful repair even though I asked every day and was told " loaner cars are for people with appointments " . I was told when we bought the car we would get a loaner whenever we brought the car in. The communication with Jay the service writer was almost nonexistent, I felt like I was dealing with a Bot instead of a person. Nobody at Porsche Irvine seems interested in customer service unless they are trying to sell you a car. As soon as you buy one , nobody wants anything to do with you. I will never be back.
