When we wanted to speak with a salesperson, Mark greeted us at the door as we entered, and was easy to work with. He listened carefully to what we were looking for, and was masterful at commanding review of his inventory and summoning help to find the vehicles we wanted to test drive. They were delivered, clean and detailed, we were able to test drive to our satisfaction without feeling rushed or pressured. We bought two Grand Caravans, and ultimately returned one for another model without a hint of disdain by Mark or the Finance people (Bob). I have never experienced such a fun new-car buying experience before. The staff outside responsible for finding the vehicles, detailing and delivering were quick and efficient too.
