I came in to buy a car 6mo ago and was very annoyed at the Rep that tried to hard sell me. I came back last week and had a much better experience. Patricia showed me the cars I was interested in on Wednesday, and I came back the next day and bought a car from Chris. Both of these individuals were very polite and helpful. The only negative was the finance guy who tried to upsell me on extended coverage.
