IF YOU EVER GOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF OR RECEIVED POOR SERVICE REPORT THEM TO CA BAR! There’s a form to file a complaint for any service you received ( type in google bureau of auto repair complaint and there should be one with .ca.gov link). The state will send an agent to investigate so you don’t have to go back and forth with them… I am absolutely disappointed with this BMW dealership. Their negligence is unacceptable — they refuse to take accountability for their mistakes and show no regard for customer concerns. They will damage your car and blame you for it. It’s clear they’re inflating their own yelp/google reviews to hide how poorly they treat real customers. See pictures attached. Do not trust them. If you’ve been wronged, I highly recommend reporting them to the California BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair). No one should have to deal with the level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism I experienced here. Stay far away from this place — you’ll thank yourself later. One star is too generous.
