Took my car here for an oil change and had no leaks prior. My car is now leaking oil. They said to bring it in, gave me the keys and said it was fixed, dry, and they didn’t know where it was leaking from so they added dye in case the issue started again to be able to identify where the leak was coming form. Problem stopped for a couple days and then started again. They said bring it by for second time and then said it’s not leaking from the plug or the filter which is what they touch for the oil change, it’s leaking from the pan. Did not tell me how much it would cost to fix and of course they didn’t fix the issue which obviously was created there after the oil change. I even had my mechanic who repaired $3,800 in oil leaks shortly over a year ago call them and they told him the same thing, it’s leaking from the pan. He also asked if they do an inspection when I originally brought the car to insure there were no leaks and they didn’t have an answer. Even forwarded the invoice for all those repairs but the parts were genuine OEM BMW parts so they can’t warranty them but at least I provided proof I just payed 4K to fix oil leaks recently so that helps in my case to prove to the car wasn’t leaking. Anyways, 2 bags of kitty litter later and numerous oil stains in my garage, wasted time taking my car in twice, no refund, no apologies, no repairs to fix the problem they created. Typical bs. I’ll be calling again but I don’t have any faith at this point. Update February 2025: Glad to update my review and mention the leak has stopped and it’s been a week now with no more leaks.
