I have driven leased or purchased BMW vehicles for many years. Through BMW Fresno's community involvement, I met Mike Ghalambor, and was immediately impressed with not only his expertise, but candid and professional leadership. After owning an X3 for 13 years (I obviously loved the car), knew it was time to find my next car. I chose BMW Fresno not only because I like the cars, I believe Mike Ghalambor was the perfect partner to help me.After visiting the dealership and discussing my criteria for "car next", we looked at what was on the lot, but my first priority was AWD and that was not available in any of the CPO on the lot. Within several weeks Mike had located exactly what I wanted and coordinated my purchase with his stellar salesman, Radford Puahi. Several things stand out: Mike guided my search with integrity. He helped me calculate the best model for my needs and brought up ways that I could save and still achieve my goals, especially of a SAFE vehicle. I am a female buyer, 'have always purchased and maintained my own vehicles and more than once been taken advantage of. Radford patiently and thoroughly educated me on my purchase, came in on his day off to help complete the transaction and my comfort level with his attention to my questions with excellent. I am very happy with my BMW Fresno experience and as a career marketing specialist, know how important reviews are.
