I was recently in the Dealership area and had a couple of hours to devote to paperwork and phone calls so I dropped in to inquire about the possibility of completing a "The Works" service on the spot. I was fortunate they had an opening and without hesitation they scheduled it while I worked in the comfortable and well appointed waiting area complete with WiFi access and computer connections.
