Rauly was very friendly, reasonable, and honest. I felt comfortable talking to him throughout the whole experience. We waited almost 2 years to get a new Bronco, and Rauly kept to his word and sold the car at MSRP. I would recommend anyone shopping for a new Ford to go talk to Rauly.
