I brought my Honda to Concord for regular maintenance and had a great experience. They were very timely in working on my car and before pickup I received a message with additional suggested repairs. There was no pressure to add any additional services, but I did approve a couple of them and they got to work promptly and finished quickly. I would definitely return.
