onI scheduled routine service and repair on a recall. The person who scheduled me on the phone did not tell me I needed to have less than half a tank of gas to complete the recall, and I was sent home and rescheduled for the next week. Everything was fixed the next week, but it was a major inconvenience. A similar thing happened a few months earlier with service on my hybrid. Frustrating.
