Overall, Honda of Concord has the absolute best customer service of all Hondas around the Bay Area. I love coming to them even though I have a service plan thru Lithia Suburu of Walnut Creek. The service advisors are great, helpful, and educate you in the services needed to maintain my car. Always friendly and very helpful - most of all, very accommodating!!!
