I pulled up was greeted by a young man i never seen or knew, I explained why I was there he escorted me to my appointment advisor and He walked me through the process took my keys ,and asked me how would i prefer to be notified of anything, I said text and Nick made everything just to easy for me from the time I arrived to time my vehicle pick was ready I received a call from Nicholas, that my vehicle was ready
