I took my 2024 car in for a recall after waiting for over a month to get scheduled. I was told it would take anywhere between 3-4 hours minimum, and would be called when done, but it only took 1 1/2 hours and a text message was sent. I didn't see the message for 3 hours after it was completed. They should have called like I was told.
