Concord Honda

Went in for routine service and came out with routine service. Communication was good from intake to outtake. Prices were stated upfront with no surprises besides the "recommended" services that always are suggested beyond what you came in for. It's not a hard upsell, but they highlight the options to service. It's hard to tell if they are needed or not; guess trust is still needed to believe the recommendations. I opted not to take anything beyond what I came in for. No pressure when declining. There's a lot of people working here; most seem to be doing something or a lot of nothing - both in sales and service areas. Not sure what to think about that, but it's something that I noticed while waiting for the car.
