Dealership Service Review
The first time I brought my Avalanche in for service, the parking brake exploded. They got me back in business a day earlier than promised. This time, I had a list of things to be fixed on my Avalanche and I called and added things as well. I brought the truck in on a Saturday to have them replace the ABS module and fix the AC. The quote for that was just under $2k and David Canche said it would be ready on Wednesday. That was going to be a problem for me so he made arrangements for me to get a loaner and sent me on my way. On Monday, I called and asked him about fixing the locks on the rear quarter panel storage areas and fixing the latch on the glove box. He was able to get the latches replaced on the quarter panels and everything else done by noon, Tuesday and I was able to pick up my truck Tuesday evening. David didn't bat an eye when I showed up at 5:58 (service closes at 6) to get my truck and even helped me unload my loaner and get it all into the truck so I could be on my way. Penske Chevrolet has done right by me twice now. I think I will be back.
