Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos

They charge you $1 for the Karr Alarm that they said they install on all cars that arrive on the lot. Took my truck home only to find out from my brother who is a mechanic that they never installed it. I wonder how many customers they do this too and get away with it. I had to call multiple times about this and other issues and never received a call back. Also they said a break controller was installed on the car which also wasn't there.
