Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos

We find a car online, call and make an appointment. Drive 50 miles, see the certified car and to our surprise it has body damage. They say we will discount it so you take it today with the dent. We haggle for an hour, agree on the price then fill out the contract. The sales manager comes in and says, I just want you to know, the car wont be certified and will not have the certified warranty. He says he will not fix the car, and the only way it can be warranted is with an extended warranty we must buy. He never ever in the negotiations said anything about that. He said (he the sales manager) he did not know when he discounted the car for the damage it was a certified car. We said just make it right, he said no I owe you nothing and walked away. Advertise it, agree to it, then change the terms. BAD BAD BAD never experienced such disrespect from someone in my life. Roger Penske, they tarnish your name!!!!! Shame that you have your name on this business.
