AutoNation Toyota Cerritos

Short version: Bait and switch sales team. Don't keep their word. Long version: I was in talks with them for 2 days and we eventually came to a deal. The price for the car and my trade in value weren't great but, I could live with it. They told me they would start the paperwork and have everything ready to go by the time I got there. During my drive over they called me. They said they couldn't honor the deal they promised and tried to give me less $1k for my trade in. Totally blindsided me. They refused to go back to the deal we agreed on and kept trying to change the narrative. All that just to milk an $1k outta me. So dishonest.
