I walked after Adrian gave a quote that added extended warranties without asking if interested, left out dealer add-on’s, so pricing was never accurate nor honest. Extremely disappointing that this industry doesn’t have better protections for consumers, similar to mortgage lending truth-in-lending good faith estimate regs, nor does the industry want to cure the bad reputation “used car salesman”
