Honda of the Desert

Using a sports analogy: Honda of the Desert literally “snatched victory from the jaws of defeat”. My initial experiences with the firm had me turning my back and walking away. I don’t take these things lightly at all. I was literally on my way out (electronically; most of my experience was virtual) when Michael (Sales Manager) and Gil (General Manager) reached out. They explained that they understood the situation and why I felt as I did (“yeah, right” I thought…) and wanted to “make it right”. It took me a while and some more outreach from them, but I decided to give them a last chance. And I’m very glad I did! They truly did work to earn my business, starting from the point I’d gotten to and ready to walk, and worked with me to make things right, and turn the situation completely around. I really did come away feeling like they cared about my business and their reputation, and we were able to make the deal. What a turnaround! I very much recommend them for customers in SoCal and across the country.
