Unbelievably terrible customer service. I inquired about a >$45,000 car. I have cash in hand and am ready to buy. All I get back is the question “Do you have any questions?”. I asked Erika (Sales Consultant), Mathew (Salesman), and Nate (Sales Manager) only two of the most basic of questions. Nothing, nada, zilch. Total silence. Two days of waiting and asking again. Only reply: “Do you have any more questions?”. I get NO ANSWERS or replies. You want me to beg for easy info so that I can hand over $45,000 - $50,000? Not a chance. I’m blown away that you’re still in business with customer care like this.
