kudos to the team at carlsbad bmw. i originally booked a service appt at the beginning of the summer, and stated, among other things that i wanted to make sure the car was ready for a 1000 mile road trip. my service advisor (George/Jorje) sat down and gave me a rundown on all the things that needed attention THEN he was kind enough to prioritize them in order of importance so that i could spread them out over a few months for convenience and planning. the gave me a new x3 as a loaner (i had been considering replacing my 2019 model) so that i could compare the old with the new. jorge texted me regularly with updates during the three days of servicing.
