The new Service Department in Carlsbad provides comfortable seating and coffee bar while waiting. Checking in is efficient and easy. My service agent Stefano Ceccarelli was very professional and pleasant to work with. During my visit it was discovered that I had a nail in one of my tires. I was pleased that Stefano was able to match tire pricing of other tire replacement stores in the area so I could purchase my new tires with BMW and get an alignment in the same visit. An added feature of having your car serviced at BMW Carlsbad is the technician can now send a video of your car being serviced as he is working to your cell phone. I am very happy with the service I received at BMW Carlsbad.
