Great service and followup

onI took my 2016 X5 in for service recently and that was good experience. After I got car home I noticed that the seat control panel was cracked and broken and it was not like that when I took car in for service. I returned to dealer and talked to Service Mgr and he looked at damage and stated they would order part and replace at no charge and that indeed happened. True customer service and support in action.
