BMW of Carlsbad always makes sure that they provide you with the best service possible. They always provide video recaps showing what has been done or other items that require attention. The tech I've worked with a few times already, Brian Chartier, always goes above and beyond with everything. They provide rides when needed, clearly communicate their progress, and estimates/discounts are always clearly indicated. Thank you!
