BMW of Carlsbad has never let me down. I’ve only ever worked with Keith and he has been nothing short of exceptional each and every time my car is brought in for service. He is honest, respectful, and always communicates clearly what is going on and why it’s happening. My car drives like it’s brand new every time I pick it up. I’ll never take my car anywhere else and have full trust in their service department. It’s because of my experience I will buy my next BMW from their dealership. If Keith could sell me a car, I’d buy it from him without hesitation.
