Christine was about to go home when the tow truck pulled my car in. After over three hours of waiting on the side of a busy freeway, I was pretty agitated and not in my best mood. That all changed soon after she took over by working her human touch (not business) to get me back on my way to meet my visiting cousins from New York. She arranged the service car and the replacement part and withing couple days, I was back in my beloved i4. She saved the weekend.
