Oil Change plus

Notices were received from the. Car advising an oil change was due. Had not used BMW of Carlsbad before. Easily booked the service. Arrived at their new facility and found it very impressive. The service advisor was very pleasant, listened carefully to my requests. Since there was slight wear on the right front outer tire, I requested them to check the alignment. An Uber was arranged and arrived in 3 minutes. I returned at the end of the day and picked up the newly washed car. Oil change, brake fluid change, alignment and safety check. No hassle, no attempt to up-sell! Just pleasant, friendly people, good coffee in a spotless setting. What’s not to like?
