BMW of Carlsbad

The service manager I worked with was amazing and the whole experience of getting our car serviced was great until I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to get the car from the parting garage. It was finally delivered by someone who was out on a test drive. In the meantime there were service people standing around doing nothing. I asked three different times if someone could get my car. This resulted in no change or sense of urgency by anyone. I even talked to the service manager and he politely brushed me off. It is terrible that my whole experience of working with the service group was tainted by something as simply getting my car from the parking garage.
