Buyer Beware! They have a very untrusting and unethical finance department. Edith Loya will push multiple add-ons such as "service contracts" for $3500 claiming "you can't purchase one after financing" and "you can cancel the service contract if you don't need it after financing" but that's a direct lie. You can buy one after somewhere else cheaper and they will ignore you when you want to cancel. I contact them to cancel the service contract the following day after seeing all the negative better business complaints against the "Easy Care" they push. I have been emailing them for over 60 day about the cancellation and I have been officially been ignored by multiple finance managers including Edith Loya which ignored me once I signed the check and Steven Marshalek which at minimum messaged me once as shared in the picture. But no one has replied back since. I am now currently still out $3500 and am loosing money by paying interest on that money that is owed to me. All they have to do is have some integrity, reply to my messages to arrange the refund and give me my money.
